Kent, just south of SeaTac, is the sixth largest city in Washington State and is known for its magnificent view of Mt. Rainier. Kent boasts a number of city landmarks: Emil W. Bereiter House, Mill Creek Canyon Earthworks, and Saar Pioneer Cemetery. Kent is home to a number of large corporations including REI, Oberto Sausage Company, and Seattle Bicycle Supply. Boeing also operates a plant here. Parks and Recreation include Riverfront Park, Russel Rd Park, Lake Fenwick, Clark Lake Park, Meridian Valley Country Club, Showare Center, and Lake Meridian. The Sounder has a station in Kent.
